  • Wow, YGH is going to be FOUR!!!!

    Our team have come together to offer something unique for everyone.
    We are offering Four contrasting, ninety minute workshops on Sunday 30th July.

    Along side yoga, we are inviting you to take part in our bake off!! Please bake a small cake/cupcake in a chance to win a 5 Class card, ✨valued at £50!✨

    The rules: Your cake must be themed and include at least two of the following:

    ❤️Red, heart, four, vegan based❤️

    Team YGH will make a decision on who will win the 5 class card!

    The birthday celebration day is themed on Love, happiness and joy!
    After each workshop, you are invited to enjoy cake!

    BEGIN 9-10.30am

    Breath, Asanas (postures), Bandas (body locks) and Meditation.

    Whether you are completely new to yoga or want to strengthen the foundations, this workshop will take you back to the start.
    A great way to explore hot yoga at a slow steady pace.

    Welcoming all levels, practised in 28-30 degrees.

    FIRE 11-12.30pm

    Focusing on the four elements:

    Earth, Fire, Air & Water.

    This workshop incorporates four flows, (for each element), mainly concentrating on bringing fire into each sequence throughout, making this workshop powerful and re-energising, leaving you feeling perfectly balanced and sweaty!

    Welcoming the more experienced yogi, practised in 35-40 degrees.

    Yin Yang 1-2.30pm

    Our Yin Yang workshop is themed on love and joy.
    The dynamic Yang half of the class will take you through heart opening flows, gently moving, balancing and stretching your way through the class. Then slowing down in to Yin postures to calm the mind and body ready for relaxation.

    All levels welcome. Practised in 26-28 degrees.

    Nidra & Reiki 3-4.30pm

    Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
    Yoga Nidra is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness.
    The practice of yoga relaxation has been found to reduce tension and anxiety.
    Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

    Everyone welcome, practised in 26 degrees.
