    Ron Jappy and Grant McFarlane
    Scottish traditional duo

Ron Jappy is an accomplished fiddle, guitar and piano player, performing here with the dynamic young accordionist Grant McFarlane. Both are also members of the traditional trio, Aonach Mòr who will be performing at the Free Fringe Music closing concert on 27 August. Ron and Grant are also playing as a duo at the museum on 6 August.

The theme for this year’s Free Fringe Music programme of traditional Scottish songs and instrumental sets will be Bonnie Prince Charlie and the Jacobites, tying in with the Museum’s major exhibition, “a compelling story of loyalty, loss, rebellion and retribution”.
