    Mysore 6 Day Intensive Training & Practice with Karen

    This 6-day Yoga Intensive is for Mysore practitioners and will focus on breathing, chanting, Mysore style yoga practice + adjustments. It is limited to 12 practitioners for maximum attention and progression with Meadowlark Yoga founding teacher, Karen Kirkness.

    ***This Intensive is included in the Mysore programme blocks and packages at Meadowlark Yoga.

    This is an Intensive is open to all current practitioners.
    Participants must attend all 6 days - Sun-Fri.
    Each morning is a 3-hour session; any YTT grads will be awarded 18 CPD Hours on completion of the week (recognised by YAP & YA USA)

    For practitioners without a ML Mysore pass, a daily Mysore practice pass or a special 6 day pass at £70 can be purchased:

    • Single Drop in - £15
    • 6 day Pass - £70
    • Morning Mysore Daily Pass: £108/£120 per month

    The Program for the week is as follows:

    SUNDAY
    0700 - 0730 Pranayama & Chanting
    0730 - 0845 Full Led Primary Series
    0850 - 1000 Adjustments workshop

    MONDAY
    0700 - 0745 Pranayama & Chanting
    0745 - 0900 Mysore style (everyone does their practice up to backbending and at 0900 we come together as a group to work on backbending together).
    0900 - 0930 Backbending workshop
    0930 - 1000 Led Finishing

    TUESDAY
    0700 - 0730 Pranayama & Chanting
    0730 - 0830 Mysore style (everyone does their practice and gets as far into primary as they can, at 0830 we come together as a group to work on hip-opening together).
    0830 - 0930 Restorative hip-opening with adjustments workshop
    0930 - 1000 Led Backbending + Finishing

    WEDNESDAY
    0700 - 0730 Pranayama & Chanting
    0730 - 0900 Mysore style
    0900 - 0930 Handstands and arm balances workshop
    0930 - 1000 Finishing

    THURSDAY
    0700 - 0830 Group One Mysore practice, Group Two Assist
    0830 - 1000 Group Two Mysore practice, Group One Assist

    FRIDAY
    0700 - 0730 Pranayama & Chanting
    0730 - 1000 Full Led Primary & Approaching Intermediate Series: considerations, sequence, adjustments
