Would you like to feel calmer, less distracted and more connected? This workshop will introduce you to a range of soothing mindfulness practices in a gentle, supportive and fun way. You will discover the benefits of bringing mindfulness into your life.
Spend a day in the delightful setting of The Restoration Yard in Dalkeith Country Park to awaken the simple yet profound effects of bringing mindfulness into your life. Bring your own lunch or enjoy something delicious from The Restoration Yard’s café.
This one-day workshop is suitable for anyone interested in knowing more about mindfulness, as well as anyone who’d like to re-connect with their mindfulness practice. The workshop will be led by Gillian Duncan and Ashley Watson from The Moment is Now.
