    Friday Night Yoga & Pot Luck

  • It’s time to get social and do three of the best things in life, meet new people, eat delicious food and practice yoga.

    Once a month on a Friday evening we will be hosting a 1 hour yoga class with a homemade delicious meal afterwards. All you have to do is bring a dessert to share and a drink of your choice if you wish to have anything more than tea or water. All meals will be vegetarian / vegan but please do let us know if you have any allergies or choose to eat vegan.

    Cost will be that of a normal class so you can use any class passes or memberships you already. Only 10 spaces available so please book early.
