Want to stay grounded and stable in standing balances? Then join us for our Balancing Acts workshop to give yourself the time and ability to discover stability within your practice.
The workshop will start with a preparatory yoga sequence activating and lengthening key muscles to allow you to explore a variety of standing balances, their variations and transitions to challenge you.
Get ready to explore Dancers Pose, Half Moon, Warrior III and more to give you a new appreciation and understanding of balancing in your yoga practice.
