    How will Brian teach this stuff?
    Brian will base this workshop on his (much imitated) backbend sequence, which will demonstrate how to encourage a student to work progressively and safely. The sequence can be used a a self-contained practice or it can go into infinite variations at any point along the way.
    Brian has also adapted his years of Thai Massage experience to show you how to create adjustments on an individual basis or as partner work in a class setting. He will also use his knowledge of physiology to show you how to increase your student’s flexibility, sometimes with dramatic results.
    Any goodies from the workshop?
    Yes, you will be given handouts of the basic sequence, and on the science of Flexibility. The sequence will also be available as a video to download.
    Follow up resources will also include Brian’s Art of Adjusting manual at a discount price.

    BRIAN COOPER PhD
    Brian completed 2nd Series with Pattabhi Jois at the old Shala in Mysore in the 90s. He was adjusted every day for 5 months by Guruji. At the same time Brian also gave and taught Thai Massage to many of the Shala students, and developed his own approach to backbend practice and adjusting.
