Stress is an inevitable part of all our lives and in small bursts it can be a positive thing to motivate and activate us. The problems start when we no longer make time to rest or relax and instead find ourselves in a permanent state of anxiety. Our stress levels build up and the results can be anything from sleeping issues, to migraines, back pain, depression, anxiety, addiction issues. You name it, stress causes it!
This weekend offers you the chance to understand stress from a neurological and physiological perspective and to learn how to use mindful and yogic philosophy and practices to help manage it in a new way.
We recognise the pressures of modern life and although we can’t change always change the things that happen to us, we can control how we react to them. What we offer i this weekend are tools to cope in day to day life, alongside ways to assist you to change your outlook so that things no longer become too much. We don’t promise miracles, but we do promise this weekend will give you space and time to make the changes in your life you know you need to make for yourself and the ones you love.
