An experiential workshop bringing in simple practices from yoga, Buddhism and the teachings of the Dalai Lama. In this workshop we will work with flowing yoga practices that you can take with you off your mat to help you through the winter months. We will also look at philosophies and meditation practices to assist increasing the amount of happiness in our lives and to bring in a positive intention for the year ahead.
