Tightness in the hips, pelvis and legs is something that so many of us deal with on a daily basis -let’s spend some time on a lovely Sunday afternoon working through some poses and sequences designed to alleviate tension and leave you feeling strong and supple. This workshop will be a combination of deep, slow hip openers for the entire circumference of the hips and pelvis, held in a traditional yin style, as well as a more dynamic sequence of flow that emphasises hip and hamstring opening.
Open to all levels, the workshop will offer modifications and options for each individual.
