    Ainsley Hamill and Alistair Paterson
    Traditional/Gaelic voice and piano duo

Glasgow-based musicians Ainsley Hamill Music (song) and Alistair Iain Paterson (piano) have been performing together for almost seven years after meeting at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Both are also members of the six-piece folk band Barluath, who will perform at the Free Fringe Music concert on 13 August. Ainsley & Alistair will also perform as a duo on 5 August.

The theme for this year’s Free Fringe Music programme of traditional Scottish songs and instrumental sets will be Bonnie Prince Charlie and the Jacobites, tying in with the Museum’s major exhibition, “a compelling story of loyalty, loss, rebellion and retribution”.
