During this late-morning workshop, we will explore three sequences of postures from the primary and intermediate series. With this practice of breaking down and exploring, it is our aim to find insight into what may lay hidden in our current practices.
We will look to apply this new insight into our current practices so that 2018 may be a year of bountiful health and happiness.
We will wrap up our time together with a detailed look at our yogic breathing system; we will design a pranayama practice that may bring softness and meditation to fruition.
All levels welcome: a regular primary series practice is recommended.
