    An afternoon or rest and rejuvenation after the morning's Led class. Learn how to build temples to rest upon and find restoration upside down and supported. Pranayama and Meditation to follow.

    13:30-16:00 Reviewing the Intermediate Series
    During this Q and A class, we will begin with Led Standing postures followed by a creative exploration of the key postures in Intermediate Series: Kapotasana, Dvi Pada Sirsasana and Pincha Mayurasana. We will look towards the foundational poses found in primary series for guidance. A short demonstration will also follow.
