    The Happy Yoga Retreat is thoughtfully crafted to give you the perfect balance between energising, relaxing and rejuvenating. The weekend includes 2 energising yoga sessions each morning, two hours of rejuvenating yin yoga in the afternoons, nourishing vegetarian food, smoothies, alternative afternoon Tea & of course time for you to relax. I am also delighted to let you know Murphy, our studio pooch is now mature enough to join us on this retreat!

    In this therapeutic weekend of Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra and mindfulness, you will learn to use your body and breath in new ways. Building resilience for the inevitable stresses daily life, becoming more aware of your own triggers and practice self compassion alongside self discipline. Whether you’ve practiced for years or very little, the sessions accommodate all levels.

    T H E F O O D

    The menu is vegetarian and made with a lot of love by Ingrid. Her food has been a big hit on past retreats and if you would like to sample her food, she cooks at Sunshine Yoga once a month for our Soulful Saturday Supper Club. It take place every third Saturday of the month and you can book in on the Sunshine Yoga APP or throught the Book a Class Page on the Studioe website;

    To offer peace of mind, there is not a chance at all you will feel hungry during this retreat, we spend a lot of time eating, drinking and making merry with delicious healthy meals. We will also make sure we accommodate any allergies/dietry requirements.

    You will feel rested and rejuvenated at our luxurious and magical retreat. Your days will be spent enjoying a diverse range of classes.

    There are 3 classes each day and you are welcome to join all or none of them.
    Power Yoga at 7am
    Vinyasa Flow at 8am

    Dinner on Saturday and Afternoon Tea on Sunday
    Yoga Nidra on Saturday

    Departures are at 5pm on Sunday.

    T H E H O U S E

    Eastwood House is a beautifully restored Victorian villa sitting in a stunning location on the banks of the River Tay about half a mile from Dunkeld in Perthshire.

    Set within 9 acres of riverside gardens and woodland, Eastwood House enjoys wonderful views over the river Tay towards Birnam Wood and Hill. It is a short, scenic, riverside walk away from the centre of beautiful Dunkeld, the gateway to highland Perthshire & an area well known for its natural scenic beauty.

    Eastwood has a rich and varied history of its own. Originally part of the Atholl Estates it was for many years a beautiful highland retreat welcoming renowned guests such as Sir John Everett Millais, Lillie Langtry, David Lloyd George, Stanley Baldwin and, most famously, Beatrix Potter.
