A special dinner bringing together some of the finer things in life – Whisky & Watches.
Whether you are a novice, aficionado or simply a collector of either, the evening has been designed by leading experts, whisky writer, Blair Bowman and founder of the Edinburgh Watch Company, Jonathan Gilbert to deliver an alternative and entertaining experience, that will be enjoyed over fine food. Head Chef, Daniel Ashmore has created a four-course dining experience that Blair in turn has carefully analysed and married each course with an unusual malt to bring out the best of the seasonal ingredients featured in the menu.
In addition to our evening of malts and anecdotal stories from Blair about his whisky travels round Scotland, Jonathan will share some of the more unusual watches in his collection and together they will provide plenty of inspiration ahead of the festive season.

Cured & flamed mackerel, tartare, mooli & wasabi
Cured foie gras, Port jelly, French black fig
Miso glazed short rib, roscoff onions, crispy ox tongue, miso grains & parsley
Prune & Armagnac soufflé, tonka bean ice cream & caramelised condensed milk
