Healthy Living will be a central theme to 2017 Foodies Festival and will for the first time ever include yoga classes, meditation, mindfulness, talks and cooking demonstrations from the UK's top nutritionists, health food bloggers and healthy cooks, such as Sushi Rolling or Vegan masterclasses.'Ask The Expert' sessions will highlight the latest trends in 'feel good foods' and healthy living, essentially how to have your cake and eat it! There will also be a new Grow Your Own Area, where visitors can learn how to grow their own fresh produce at home, whether on the allotment or window ledges. Visitors can attend fresh produce food demonstrations, tutorials and practical workshops. Learn to forage for herbs to make herb cocktails, or bring those junior gardeners along for activities and stop by the Healthy Food Court to pick up your picnic lunch after inspiring talks on how to get your hands dirty and your fingers green!
