This is where we don’t touch our toes! If you are completely new to yoga, or have not practised in a while then this is a great course for you. Over six weeks of guided classes you will work through the fundamentals of a vinyasa yoga practise including breathing techniques (Pranayama) and Yoga postures (asana) and how to further develop your practise. As we go through the postures, we focus on balance, alignment, strengthening the body and the connection to our breath.
A gentle approach is taken with plenty of time designated to ask questions and talk through each weekly topics. This block will leave you with a safe practise to attend all beginners yoga classes at Sunshine and start to explore more!
