This workshop aims at increasing our awareness of the breath by observing how it happens in our body.
Breath, mind and health are strictly connected, thus learning how to breathe well is essential to release old tensions and to improve our well-being.
After learning the basic mechanic of the breath, a complete yoga practice will help us experience it closely and feel the immediate benefits of a correct breathing.
At the end of the workshop, we will have new tools to enhance the quality of our life and we will perceive a warm sense of confidence within ourselves.
The workshop is open to all levels. Registration is required.

The workshop will be led by Elena Aldi an Italian dance teacher and yoga instructor who completed her training program (200RYT) at 'Samadhi' in Florence.
