This workshop aims to set a positive intention, an upbeat state of mind and a stronger sense of well being. In this 2.5 hour long workshop we explore various theories and philosophies around happiness and well being.... from Buddhist practices to modern scientific ideas. Nadine is so fascinated with this subject and is continually researching and hunting for more information to allow this workshop to evolve.
Who is this workshop suitable for?
This workshop is open to all levels - from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Everyone and their enquiring minds and hearts welcome!
What to expect...
The structure of this workshop begins with a gentle flow and intention setting. We then have a good 45 minute chat about the concept of happiness, what gets in the way and how do we improve the levels of happiness and well being in our lives.
For the third section of the workshop we move into a flow practice that is designed to help you feel light and bright and explore pranayama and meditation practices to boost your overall sense of well being. Handouts are provided but you are welcome to take notes or journal during the session.
