ABOUT RACHEL BODDY
Rachel began immersing herself in the world of social media in 2011, when she was running a personal training studio with her husband.
Social media was still in its infancy and most people were stabbing around in the dark, trying to apply 'old school' marketing techniques to ever-changing and rapidly growing platforms.
What started as a quest to find the oracle of social media wisdom, became an immersive education in a new revolution: social media marketing.
Rachel qualified as a 200hr registered yoga teacher in 2014, and has been involved in social media at Meadowlark since then. In June 2015 she took on responsibility of the Meadowlark Yoga Instagram account and has been running it ever since. She continues to advise on Meadowlark's social media practice and strategy.
In February 2017, Rachel embarked on a Social Media Manager training course with Digital Mums. This has allowed her to refine her skills and develop new ones.
Rachel currently teaches at Meadowlark Yoga and practices Ashtanga. She is passionate about increasing the number of people practicing yoga, and making being a yoga teacher a financially viable flexible working option.
