  • After cutting their teeth on an array of exciting live shows in 2017 including supports with the likes of We Are Scientists and an unlikely open air request to support Kaiser Chiefs, Blackburn-based four piece New York Tourists are releasing their latest single 'Skinny Dipping' on the 15th December 2017. The four piece have found a way to impressively balance energy and melody to create their own brand of alternative indie pop.

The release of their debut album 'You + Me' saw the band cement a sound that had artists such as The View and W.A.S offering them supports which were then followed by an appearance at 'The British Sound Project' alongside White Lies, The Horrors and FOALS. A summer of festival appearances ensued before the band unveiled their breakthrough single 'Feels So Good' displaying a newfound inherent and irresistible pop sensibility, with vocalist Gary Taylordisplaying an impressive penchant for creating memory nestling falsetto melodies.

Recorded with Dave Pemberton (Prodigy, Groove Armada, The Feds) upcoming release 'Skinny Dipping' builds on the band's familiar energy while also showcasing the newer, more melody aware unveiling of a band on the cusp of bigger things.
